Coordinador de Servicios HVAC Temporal
¿Qué harás?
- Garantizar la prestación constante de servicios HVAC.
- Agilizar y completar la entrega de tareas administrativas básicas para garantizar el cumplimiento de las expectativas del cliente.
- Procesar subcontratos y mantener la documentación necesaria.
- Coordinar el proceso de facturación, realizar pedidos de materiales y hacer seguimiento de los envíos.
¿Cómo lo harás?
- Realizarás un seguimiento efectivo de las órdenes de trabajo y garantizarás su cierre.
- Documentarás cambios, agregados y cualquier requerimiento de los clientes.
- Asegurarás que los contratos de servicio se completen a tiempo y en forma.
- Expeditarás los tiempos de respuesta a llamadas de servicio basándote en los reportes generados.
- Colaborarás con el equipo para garantizar que todas las tareas administrativas se cumplan eficientemente.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Título o una combinación equivalente de formación y experiencia.
- Experiencia previa en el área de servicios HVAC o administración de servicios.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
- Contratación temporal (para cubrir incapacidad)
