Leadership Competencies
Develop Teams: Build and support a high-performing delivery organization by developing Delivery Supervisors and empowering them to lead effectively, while maintaining an active role in driver development. Engage directly with drivers through ride-alongs, feedback sessions, and recognition programs to reinforce company standards and foster growth. Drive succession planning, coaching, and career development to ensure long-term talent strength across all levels.
Deliver Results: Take full ownership of delivery performance across all routes and shifts. Ensure operational goals are met by monitoring KPIs, optimizing processes, and holding teams accountable for accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Communicate Clearly: Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to supervisors, drivers, and cross-functional partners. Translate organizational priorities into actionable plans and ensure alignment across all levels of the delivery operation.
Adapt to Change: Lead teams through organizational changes, acquisitions, and process improvements with confidence and empathy. Respond effectively to evolving business needs, customer demands, and operational challenges while maintaining stability and engagement.
