Main Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence and strategic alignment by overseeing key processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering continuous improvement.

Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and support organizational goals.

What Skills You Need

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, delivering high-quality professional services and acting as a trusted partner across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR peers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, share best practices, and drive integrated solutions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on People-related topics to support effective decision-making and leadership.
  • Lead operational strategy to ensure seamless delivery of HR and payroll processes aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive process optimization by identifying efficiencies, implementing best practices, and leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Resolve complex queries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity on processes and policies while escalating when necessary.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to generate actionable insights that enhance employee engagement, inform business decisions, and improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance and governance, monitoring adherence to policies, labor regulations, and reporting noncompliance as appropriate.
  • Monitor performance metrics and risks, enabling continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Deliver accurate and timely payroll processing, including data maintenance, validation, and adherence to HR audits.  
  • Prepare presentations and deliver training on HR-related topics to managers and employees across Mexico and other countries.

  • HR Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using tools and software that support HR processes.
  • Analytical & Agile Skills: Experience with Agile methodology, data analysis, value stream mapping (VSM), trend identification, and generating actionable insights.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Psychology, or an equivalent field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

 

This position will be posted for a minimum of 10 business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.
