Your Responsibilities

 

As a Senior Software Engineer - Events for Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) located in Urbandale, IA, you will….


• Work on a team focused on effectively storing and aggregating event data within the Data Platform and delivering valuable insights to both internal and external customers.
• Develop, test, and maintain a robust Java backend system on AWS infrastructure, adhering to industry-standard agile software design methodology while ensuring coherent documentation.
• Collaborate with a diverse development team and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of features with business requirements.
• Evaluate and implement enhancements to design solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance of software applications.

What Skills You Need

 

• 4+ years of experience Product design, test and/or analysis experience.
• 4+ years of experience in programming/software development (C#, Java, Scala, NodeJS)
• 4+  years of experience hosting services in AWS cloud technologies
• 4+ years of experience managing many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment
• 4+ years of excellence in verbal and written communication forms with tact and negotiation
