Main Responsabilities

  • Performs core activities within the Human Resources function to support key organizational processes. This role is typically held by professionals who have advanced through administrative roles, with a primary focus on Onboarding, Offboarding, Crossboarding, and the coordination of multiple HR projects and employee experience initiatives.

  • Deliver analyses of HR data; identify trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
  • Carry out complex HR data processing tasks; advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions (including disciplinary action) for individual employee relations cases; support managers at formal hearings.
  • Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
  • Provide routine support services to others.
  • Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
  • Initiate and monitor the administration of onboarding and/or offboarding processes to ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Education

  • Administration or Psychology Degree
