As a Parts Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our dealer network by managing parts orders, providing technical assistance, and ensuring timely delivery. Your expertise will help maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across our distribution channels. And you will also: 

 

  • Manage the dealer parts order process from sale through invoicing and pick list printing
  • Provide technical phone support for rush, machine-down, and stock parts orders
  • Assist dealers with part identification, substitutions, pricing, and lead times
  • Ensure accurate and timely shipping of dealer and customer orders to meet divisional metrics
  • Unpack, store, and maintain inventory locations with strict inventory control
  • Enter order receipts into the system and perform cycle counting for inventory accuracy
  • Collaborate with unit management to identify emerging trends and assist with parts forecasting

What Skills You Need

 

  • 5+ years of experience in parts management and customer service
  • Experience working with equipment dealers and distribution channels
  • 3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Cross-functional experience in areas such as accounting, manufacturing, warehousing, supply management, or marketing
  • Forklift experience (certification preferred)

 

What Makes You Stand Out

 

  • 5+ years of heavy equipment parts experience
  • Extensive experience in parts operations, transportation, inventory management, or marketing

Education

 

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business/Management or Supply Management discipline
