Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

 

Business Analyst
Poznań, Poland

 

Your responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst for language quality, you will:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end processes that enhance content quality, strengthen corporate identity, and ensure consistency, contributing to an outstanding user experience for our customers.
  • Drive effective development and usage of common terminology across the enterprise; define and execute efficient processes, manage terminology requests and perform terminology research
  • Manage and optimize key language resources, especially terminology databases and translation memories
  • Monitor, measure and evaluate language quality, implementing process improvements as needed
  • Conduct research and propose enhancements to both source and translation quality, ensuring that quality considerations are seamlessly integrated into new workflows, including those driven by Machine Translation and AI technologies
  • Support the implementation and optimization of authoring assistance and translation solutions
  • Proactively identify needs and opportunities, collaborating with global and cross-functional business and IT teams on key initiatives
  • Consult, train and support internal and external stakeholders around the world on quality-related topics and promote the effective usage of tools and best practices

Our requirements:

  • University degree in translation, communication, language technology or equivalent or convincing professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in similar role
  • English C1 both written and spoken
  • Understanding of translation processes, linguistic asset management and data analytics
  • Ability to plan and manage processes and projects
  • Collaboration, conflict resolution skills and solution-oriented attitude

Nice to have:

  • Strong interest in innovative, technology-driven approaches, with a particular emphasis on AI-driven workflows, ideally showcasing some practical experience in this area
  • Knowledge of Polish, German or other languages
