Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable mechanic to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of construction equipment used across multiple industries, including concrete pumps and other machines. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in mechanical repair, is detail-oriented, and can effectively troubleshoot equipment to ensure maximum performance and reliability. 



Responsibilities:



  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair construction equipment and machinery.

  • Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on equipment.

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs.

  • Assist in equipment setup and calibration for customers, ensuring correct operation.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting.

  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED; certification in mechanics, automotive technology, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.

  • Extensive knowledge of diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, with the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.

  • Experience operating diagnostic tools and software.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple repair projects, and complete tasks on time.

  • Physical capability to lift heavy objects and work in a variety of environments.

Welding, torching, engine repair, Electrical wiring, computer skills, record keeping.
