Rolen Technologies services the transportation industry by engineering, designing and fabricating the interior components of commercial trains.  In Rochester we are currently working on several transportation/train projects for which we provide bathroom units for new trains.  At the facility we assemble the bathroom units and ship them to our clients – Alstom & Rotem – so they can place them in their trains.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth warehouse management, accurate inventory tracking, and timely shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and storage of materials.
• Enter inventory data into company systems (SAP) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Organize and maintain supplies to ensure efficient workflow.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production and customer needs.

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP inventory management systems required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand through the work shift
