Responsible assisting Treasury Team in preparing bank positions on weekly basis; following up with related teams to maintain the accuracy of data of several reports such as Bank Position, Hedge, Forex, Discounting/Factoring  …

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Co-work with the Trading Team for the Forex position and daily confirmations with the banks.
• Following up with Payment Teams for Forex Payments on weekly basis.
• Reconciling the Forex position on monthly basis.
• Assist other team members to prepare the bank positions (Syndications, Bilats), Hedge, Limit File …
• Assist other team members on Discounting/Factoring receivables position …
• Input data for Cashflow, Hedge, Limit Files, Margin Reports
• Other ad-hoc tasks within Treasury topics;

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Accounting/Corporate Finance, Banking as a plus.
• Minimum 1 year working experience.
• Experience in an international environment with global collaboration is a plus but not required.
• Good experience in working with data.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.), Power BI as a plus but not required.
