Job Description

Trading Operations:

  • Join our extensive training program on key products in Green and Instant Coffee, from beans to roastery;
  • Gradually taking responsibilities in trading activities to optimize profitability while managing risk effectively;
  • Build and find new customers, open new markets, ensure sales target and growth rate;
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of contracts;

Market Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of global market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply-demand factors related to soluble coffee;
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks

Contract Negotiation :

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions;
  • Work closely with Coordination team to ensure all contracts are following regulations and company policies;

Risk management:  

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate price fluctuations and market uncertainties.
  • Monitor and assess potential risks in the supply chain and implement proactive measures to address them.

Team Collaboration:  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, R&D and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution of trading operations;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field with proven good academic record; Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of relevant experience in Trading;
  • Strong command of verbal and written English;
  • Highly motivated to build a career in the coffee industry; willing to take extensive learning to learn about our products;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends;
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of trading agreements;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Flexibility to travel as needed to engage with suppliers, buyers, and attend industry events;
