Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, CMS

We are seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to join a high-impact engineering team focused on content management and site-building platforms. In this role, you will develop and ship features used by millions of users, contributing to the evolution of a complex SaaS product. You will work across the stack, tackling challenging technical problems while shaping architecture for scalability and performance. • Build, deploy, and maintain high-quality features for CMS platforms that serve millions of users.
• Work across the full stack using React, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails.
• Identify architectural improvements and opportunities for long-term code evolution.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering leads during planning and implementation.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.
• Communicate proactively and effectively in an async-first environment.

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript.
• Product-oriented mindset with focus on delivering excellent user experiences.
• Experience with high-throughput, high-concurrency systems.
• Sound architectural judgment and pragmatic approach to quality.
• Comfortable integrating AI-assisted tools into the development workflow.
• Excellent async communication and collaboration skills.
• CEFR C2 / ILR 5 English proficiency.

• Experience with CMS platforms or site builders.
• Prior work at early-stage or growth-stage startups.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and Rails scalability.
• Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities.
