In this role, you will lead all on-site activities of projects to ensure cost-effective execution in line with contract specifications and quality standards. You will oversee the planning and coordination of construction activities while establishing effective relationships with stakeholders to guarantee the success of each project phase. Your leadership will play a crucial role in promoting safety and compliance in all operations.
\n- Plan and coordinate project on-site activities with the Project Manager
- Monitor and supervise all on-site activities to ensure adherence to schedule and safety standards
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and local organizations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment regulations on site
- Manage material handling and logistics for timely project delivery
- Oversee subcontractors to guarantee quality and progress
- Electrician or equivalent qualification
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project
- At least 5 years of experience in a Foreman/Chargehand role
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation skills with both internal and external customers
- Ability to propose and implement solutions for troubled projects
