- Maintain and distribute the Conference handbook with timely updates.
- Oversee all sport committees, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Schedule and facilitate preseason and postseason meetings.
- Serve as the liaison to the Conference’s Sport Management Committee.
- Ensure quality execution of Conference Championships in alignment with NCAA policy.
- Coordinate all aspects of championship administration.
- Manage vendor relations for championship merchandise and awards.
- Represent the Conference at Championship sites.
- Provide insight on sportsmanship and behavioral matters.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in intercollegiate administration preferred.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and develop effective solutions.
- Strong independent and team-oriented work skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
- Willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
