In this role, you will be pivotal in driving sales of workplace communication solutions for diverse organizations. As part of a dynamic sales team, you will foster meaningful client relationships, manage complex sales processes, and leverage your expertise to help clients maximize their engagement with our platform. This position allows you to work remotely while collaborating strategically with internal teams and industry leaders. Accountabilities
  • Hunting new business and managing existing accounts.
  • Upselling and leveraging business from established customer relationships.
  • Managing complex sales situations and sales campaigns.
  • Creating, delivering, and managing client demos/presentations, quotes/proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Engaging with C-Level and VP-Level Executives.
  • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
  • Keeping informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities.
  • Cross-functional teaming and selling to drive sales with sales engineers, solutions specialists (internal), and channel management.
  • Conducting on-site client meetings.


Requirements
  • Have 5+ years of AE experience with SaaS, UCaaS, and cloud-based sales.
  • Experience working with Channel Partners.
  • Have experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
