หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. ตรวจสอบการทำงานของเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์งานระบบต่างๆโดยใช้รายงานตรวจสอบประจำวัน/ประจำสัปดาห์ประจำเดือน ตามมาตรฐานที่บริษัทกำหนด

2. ซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลา

3. จัดทำประวัติการซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักร

4. จัดเก็บข้อมูลการทำงานของเครื่องจักร

5. รายงานการซ่อมเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์

6. ควบคุมการเปิด-ปิดงานระบบต่างๆ

7. รับแจ้งปัญหาต่างๆจากลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งแจ้งต่อให้ผู้บังคับบัญชารับทราบ

8. ทำความสะอาดเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

9. ช่วยงานควบคุมระบบและงานบำรุงรักษา

10. ทำงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาพร้อมรายงานการดำเนินงาน

11. บริการและอำนวยความสะดวกต่อลูกค้าในเวลาที่ต้องการให้แก้ไขอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ

12. จัดทำบันทึกรายละเอียดการปฏิบัติงานในสมุดบันทึกอย่างและเอียดถูกต้อง

13. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากวิศวกรอาคารและผู้จัดการ

14. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลักจัดทำการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ตามแผนที่กำหนดไว้

15. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก   ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ตามแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้ดังนี้

- Cooling Tower Plant -Air Handling Unit -Ventilation System -Fan Coil Unit

-Waste water Treatment Plant -Fire Alarm System -Building Automatic System

-Fire Protection System -Water Distribution Board- Elevator
