Conduct Training Needs Assessment and analyse the findings.
Conduct research / comparative analysis / costing related to training and performance management subjects.
Organise and coordinate in-house training programs based on Annual Training Plan.
Process training requisition i.e. registration, issue training memo, HRDF claims, processing of payment, post training evaluation etc.
Ensure full compliance with HRDC guidelines and regulations in training documents submission and processing of claims.
Maintain accurate record of all training activities to Master Training Report and Individual Training Report.
Make logistics arrangement for training, including venue & layout plan, refreshment, training facilities, training materials etc.
Conduct post training evaluation to measure training effectiveness.
Update and manage the Learning Management System for tracking and reporting training progress.
Coordinate ad-hoc training raised by business entity.
