Develop project plans, schedules, and resources allocation based on project scope and objectives.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and constructability reviews.
Lead day-to-day project activities and monitor work progress against approved timelines.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Manage design reviews, technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawings.
Resolve technical issues and site constraints promptly to avoid delays.
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and expenditure tracking.
Oversee procurement activities including tender evaluations, appointment of contractors, and material sourcing.
Review and validate contractors’ progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts.
Liaise with consultants, authorities, clients, and internal management for project approvals and coordination.
Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and reporting to Senior Management.
Address stakeholder concerns and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, industry standards, and statutory requirements.
Implement and monitor Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes.
Ensure strict adherence to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards on site.
Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, drawings, approvals, and project correspondences.
Manage project records, risk registers, and handover documentation.
