What we are looking for:
We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Clinical Director to lead and strengthen our mental health and clinical services. The ideal candidate is an experienced and licensed professional who combines clinical excellence with strong leadership and a commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive care.
This role requires someone who can guide a multidisciplinary team, implement evidence-based practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a supportive and collaborative environment. We are looking for a leader who is both strategic and compassionate—someone who understands the complexities of community-based care and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000

Position Summary: The clinical program director assures a cohesive, effective team of clinicians; robust clinical outcomes; the effective implementation of evidence-based practices; quality assurance; and achievement of strategic goals, agency standards, and funder requirements. Ability to work independently and to manage the work of others. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team. Cultural sensitivity to the populations served by the Agency, staff, Board, and community.
