Have you recently graduated with a Sustainability or environmental degree and looking to put your knowledge and passion into practice?

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sustainability Officer to lead the implementation of our sustainability strategy and champion initiatives that make a real difference to our island community.



About the Role

As Sustainability Officer, you’ll:
  • Lead the implementation of our Sustainability and Community strategy.
  • Drive cultural change across the organisation, embedding sustainability in everything we do.
  • Maintain robust ESG data collection, analysis and reporting. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and the community to promote environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic sustainability.
  • Recommend and implement innovative solutions to help the business achieve its ESG objectives. 


What we’re looking for

  • A degree in relevant subject such as Environmental Studies, Environmental Sustainability, Sustainable Business (or equivalent).
  • Ability to coordinate, collate and interpret ESG data providing insight and recommendations to drive business improvements 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for sustainability and community impact.
