About this role

Job Details

Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the underlying infrastructure and platforms both on premise and in the cloud
that support software applications and services. Creates scalable, reliable, and efficient systems, automates deployment
processes, and collaborates with Development Operations (DevOps) teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Monitors
and optimizes platform functionality and performance to ensure seamless operation and integration with business processes.

Job Description

Essential Functions

• Define and maintain the overall systems engineering strategy to align with organizational goals.
• Design and approve system architecture standards and integration frameworks for enterprise environments
• Lead and mentor the systems engineering team to ensure technical excellence and professional growth.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of critical systems infrastructure.
• Implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards across all systems.
• Monitor system performance and optimize for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and technology projects.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for leadership and regulatory compliance
