Responsibilities

Participates in the preparation, assembly, and delivery of meals and food items for patients, hospital staff, and visitors.
Participates in providing nutritional care to patients.
Practices proper food handling techniques and maintains an appropriate level of sanitation in the department.

Qualifications

Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Previous food service experience is not required, but is preferred. Interpersonal communication skills are required.

All employees must have 5 days of availability, and work 3 out of 4 weekends a month. Holiday rotation is required.
