Keeping our production machinery and tools running at peak performance. We’re looking for someone with strong mechanical and electrical skills, backed by hands-on experience in an industrial environment. As the Maintenance, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our facility and equipment stay in top shape—minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity for the entire production team.


What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:

Safety & Communication
•    Work safely at all times while promoting a strong safety culture across the facility.
•    Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, supervisors, and leadership to support smooth operations and minimize downtime.

Equipment Support
Provide hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support for a wide range of building and production equipment, including but not limited to:
•    Overhead cranes and chain hoists
•    Overhead doors and building access systems
•    Vertical panel saws, miter saws, band saws
•    Press brakes and shears
•    Chemical and foam delivery systems
•    Welders, wire feeders, and plasma cutters
•    Paint spray equipment
•    Monobolt guns and fastening systems
•    Pneumatic and cordless tools
•    Air compressors and compressed air systems
•    Building plumbing systems
•    Custom material handling equipment and manufacturing fixtures

Maintenance Execution
•    Utilize a CMMS system to receive, execute, document, and close maintenance work orders.
•    Maintain accurate maintenance records to support equipment reliability, compliance, and audit readiness.
•    Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to restore equipment to safe operating condition.

Preventive Maintenance
•    Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems and production equipment.
•    Inspect equipment proactively to identify wear, failure risks, or performance degradation.
•    Support predictive maintenance activities where applicable to reduce unplanned downtime.

Installation & Technical Support
•    Install and modify brackets, fixtures, guards, and equipment components as needed.
•    Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
•    Support equipment upgrades, relocations, and commissioning activities.

Continuous Improvement & Team Support
•    Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, safety, and maintainability.
•    Assist with training and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capabilities and consistency in maintenance practices.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED with 10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing. Diploma in Industrial Maintenance preferred but not required.
  • Electrical Expertise: Deep understanding of electrical principles and strong industrial electrical background, specifically with 480V – 3 Phase systems.
  • Multitasking Mastery: Skilled at juggling multiple priorities without missing a beat.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective written and verbal communication to connect with all levels of the organization.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams to streamline work and collaboration.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, driving performance and accountability.
  • Blueprint Literacy: Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints to guide maintenance and repair tasks accurately.


Physical Requirements:

  • Step into the heart of our fast-paced manufacturing plant, where every task drives progress. In this hands-on role, you'll be on your feet—standing for extended periods, walking, and using your hands to operate tools and equipment with precision. Clear communication is key, so you'll be regularly required to talk and listen as part of a safety-focused, team-driven environment.
  • You’ll also lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical movements like bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and occasionally crawling in tight spaces. Repetitive hand tasks and climbing ladders or working at heights are part of the role.
