What You’ll Do
- Perform residential warranty and service calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Handle builder punch-list items and follow-up repair needs
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and office staff
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and a safe jobsite
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- No felony convictions
- Experience in residential service plumbing is required
- Experience with warranty calls and builder punch lists is strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and great customer service skills
