Transmission POD 125 - Sub Assembly
Job Overview: The Associate in this role will check the bill of material to verify the correct parts per application, they will then install seals and bushings as well as pistons and plates into the drums. Utilizing a press install snap rings. Install the bearings and snap rings in or on gears and planets to build subassemblies. Measure clearances with dial indicator to specification.
Schedule:
• Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
• Overtime
Qualifications:
• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
• The ability to use handheld tools such as Hammer, Screwdrivers, pick, etc.
• Standing: Continuously
• Walking: Occasionally
• Sitting: None
• Stooping (forward leaning) Occasionally
• Reaching/Working Overhead: Occasionally
Salary and Benefits:
• Starting rate $20.00
• Multiple performance reviews within your first two years, which include the ability to receive multiple wage increases.
