About this role
Job Overview: As a member of the Headquarters Routing Department, the Telecommunications Representative is primarily responsible for performing outbound calls including sales follow-ups, COD’s, cores and broken promises. Additionally, responsible for territory calls, assisting with the chat portal and conducting facility tours. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a highly collaborative mindset, an ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, rapidly changing atmosphere.
Schedule/Hours: Part-time (approx. 25 hours a week); Monday-Friday, 5-hour shift between 8:30AM-5:15PM

What we are looking for:
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with customers
- Effective communication - possess strong oral and written communication skills, clearly and accurately communicating complex and/or technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work in both a team and independent environment
- Detail oriented - produce quality work, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness
- Must be ok with completing repetitive processes
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
