Job DetailsJob Location: Austin - Austin, TX 78744Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 HourlyJob Category: SalesJob Summary: The Delivery Bulk Driver will deliver bulk products to wholesale customers (Sam’s, Costco, BJ’s and Independent) on time following company guidelines.  The Delivery Bulk Driver will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales and operations for stores. The Delivery Bulk Driver must effectively service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner in compliance with company standards. Duties/Responsibilities: Plans and complete an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day. Loads delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery. Deliver parcels to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary. Pick up Red Bull product along the scheduled route, including product to be credited to customer or exchanged, company orders, and other items as requested. Operate company-owned vehicles according to applicable state and federal transportation laws. Maintain signed invoices, bills, and other required paperwork. Deliver documentation to appropriate staff when delivery is complete. Ensure all company equipment is clean and in good working order. Build and protect the company brand. Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made. Ensures that delivery vehicles receive basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor. Assists in general warehouse duties if there is no scheduled delivery for day. Performs other related duties as assigned. #chaparraldist QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities: Ability to drive safely. Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps. Ability to plan delivery routes. Ability to maintain basic logs and records. Ability to conduct a series of instructions without constant supervision. Ability to use forklift and electric pallet jacks during delivery. Able to always remain professional and courteous. Satisfactorily pass forklift driving program or demonstrate safe handling of forklift in an on-site test. Education and Experience: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.  High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Clear background and drug testing. Able to obtain or have a medical DOT certification. Forklift certification preferred. Prior sales experience preferred. Knowledge of the beverage market preferred. Physical Requirements: Repeatedly lifting 10-25 pounds including overhead multiple times daily. Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds repeatedly daily. Pushing hand truck with up to 150 lbs. of weight on it multiple times daily. Safely operate a pallet jack. Prolonged periods of sitting while driving. Ability to stand and walk frequently. Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
