Overview
We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying web applications and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend frameworks such as React and backend frameworks such as Flask, Django, coupled with expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), databases, and modern development practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, following Agile methodologies, to build robust and scalable AI focused solutions for business utilization.
Principal Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI Solutions delivered as web applications using React, Python framework such as Flask, Django, and related frameworks.
- Work with PostgreSQL/MongoDB for relational and non-relational data storage, ensuring optimized database performance.
- Develop, deploy and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as ECS/EKS, EC2, SQS, S3, DynamoDB
- Contribute to the design and execution of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of applications.
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability across various cloud environments.
- Follow Agile development practices, including participation in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment on development goals
Position Requirements
- 5-8 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on React and Python frameworks such as Flask, Django.
- Extensive experience with PostgreSQL (relational databases) and MongoDB (NoSQL databases).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Previous experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems. Knowledge of AWS IAM policies and security best practices.
- Proven experience with AWS services such as ECS/EKS, ECS/EKS, EC2, SQS, S3, DynamoDB
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for automated deployments. Proficient in version control using GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, and issue tracking.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and working within Scrum teams.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
