Average Jacksons Wash Managers earn $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Some of what you’ll do as a Car Wash Manager (In-Training):
- Lead a team to deliver quality service with an outstanding customer experience.
- Coach team to create a positive, high-energy environment customers can feel.
- Train and support team at varying levels of development.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring delivery of consistent, quality services in an urgent manner.
- Maintain a clean and inviting property and facility.
- Our Manager in training program will teach you our systems and philosophy; you must bring the drive, positive energy, hustle, and willingness to learn.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in retail service and/or sales.
- Management and strategic staff scheduling experience.
- The ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees and superiors.
- A willingness to embrace new concepts and culture.
- Reliable transportation.
- Open Availability (we’re open every day & we need Managers who can work Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays…no problem
