Summary
The position serves as a resource for patients interested in services such as bariatric, cardiovascular, and maternity care, helping them navigate scheduling, consultations, and next steps. The position is responsible for promoting patient engagement, supporting smooth care transitions, and representing Jackson Health System as a knowledgeable and compassionate ambassador.
Contact patients who have shown interest in Jackson Health System services via phone, email, or text.
Provide information about relevant service lines (e.g., bariatric, cardiovascular, maternity) and answer basic questions.
Assist patients with scheduling consultations or connecting with care coordinators.
Document patient interactions, feedback, and next steps in designated systems.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth transitions in care.
Serve as a knowledgeable and compassionate ambassador for Jackson Health System.
Support Jackson's mission by reinforcing patient trust and engagement.
Maintain professional standards of confidentiality, respect, and communication.
Perform all other related job duties as assigned.
Previous clinical nursing experience at Jackson Health System required.
Education
Associate's degree in nursing or graduation from an accredited LPN program is required.
