And if nothing energizes you more than translating strategic insights into high-impact brand experiences that authentically connect with fans.</p> <p>If you instinctively follow <strong>leagues, athletes, artists, entertainment, and creators</strong>, think fluidly across physical and digital platforms, obsess over craft, and know how to bring ideas to life at scale, we’d love to meet you.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p><strong>Manifest culture</strong><br>Concept and craft innovative experiences anchored in sports, pop culture, and fandom that help brands become authentic parts of fan communities.</p> <p><strong>Develop stories people feel</strong><br>Create compelling presentations that clearly connect ideas to business goals, blending smart strategy with thoughtful creative thinking, inspiring clients and partners.</p> <p><strong>Build a brand world</strong><br>Shape cohesive experience ecosystems across environments, content, talent, merch, social moments, and fan touchpoints—ensuring every element feels intentional and connected.</p> <p><strong>Collaborate with creators</strong><br>Partner with internal teams, athletes, artists, leagues, creators, and cultural tastemakers to deliver breakthrough work that resonates with key audiences and drives impact.</p> <p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Creative Development</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Create ideas that tap what’s now and next: </strong>Develop concepts inspired by sports culture, entertainment, creator culture, and emerging fan behaviors.</li> <li><strong>Build ecosystems, not singular one-offs: </strong>Collaborate with strategy and account teams, plus partner organizations, to turn brand objectives into scalable, multi-layered experiences.</li> <li><strong>Know the fan: </strong>Understand the nuances of sports fans and pop culture audiences—their beliefs, language, rituals, references, expectations, and emotional triggers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Flawless Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Passionately steward ideas: </strong>Protect and evolve ideas through insights, concepting, production, build, and live execution.</li> <li><strong>Obsess over craft and impact: </strong>Partner with production teams and vendors to ensure experiences are thoughtfully designed, well-made, and unforgettable in the moment.
