As VP Engineering, you will lead the technical vision for the world’s first AI-driven cancer monitoring platform. You will scale a high-performing engineering organization, building clinical-grade infrastructure that translates cutting-edge oncology research into scalable digital health solutions. This role is pivotal in redefining how cancer recurrence is detected and managed worldwide.

What you will do:

• Define and execute the company’s engineering roadmap, establishing best practices for AI-powered, data-rich, and clinically reliable systems

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization across AI/ML, backend, frontend, DevOps, and data infrastructure to support rapid growth

• Partner with Clinical and AI Research teams to ensure secure, compliant, and production-grade features integrated into clinical workflows

The ideal candidate:

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior technical leadership roles (VP or CTO) scaling complex teams

• Deep expertise in modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), data pipelines, and deployment of regulated or clinically validated healthtech products

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and the speed required in a high-growth startup environment
