You will architect the growth flywheel for a stealth-stage media infrastructure platform. As the first dedicated growth hire, you will sit at the intersection of performance marketing, organic loops, and product-led growth. Your work will directly define how the next generation of culture is consumed and distributed globally.

What you will do:
Lead full-funnel strategy across user acquisition, activation, and retention to drive sustainable unit economics.
Manage performance marketing budgets across Meta and Google while leveraging creative trends to drive organic virality.
Establish data tracking and cohort analysis to identify "Aha!" moments and optimize the user lifecycle.
The ideal candidate:
Has 2-4 years of experience in the video streaming (OTT) or consumer media sector with a focus on retention.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of content algorithms and the mechanics behind why media goes viral.
Possesses a "growth generalist" mindset, equally skilled in technical ad auditing and creative brainstorming.
