Founding Account Executive

Job Description:
As the Founding Account Executive, you will be the first dedicated sales hire at a high-growth startup, responsible for building the revenue engine from the ground up. You will own the full sales cycle, refine the go-to-market strategy, and work closely with founders to scale a product that modernizes B2B sales cycles.

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in an early-stage B2B SaaS environment, ideally as a first sales hire.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes within mid-market and enterprise organizations.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience and creativity required to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
