As a Commercial Excellence Manager at Deducta, you will act as a strategic partner to senior enterprise stakeholders. You will lead the deployment of Deducta’s agentic workflows, embedding deeply within client teams to transform complex data into real commercial outcomes. This role blends solution engineering, customer leadership, and management consulting to deliver visible bottom-line impact.

What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end client journey from proof of concept through long-term deployment, ensuring measurable value is delivered and clearly demonstrated.

• Embed within client organizations to diagnose complex problems, sequence delivery, and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.

• Act as a core conduit between customers and product, translating real-world usage into quantified feedback that shapes the product roadmap.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience as an Engagement Manager, Solutions Consultant, or Customer Success leader managing complex enterprise accounts.

• Exceptional communicator comfortable presenting strategic recommendations to senior executives in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.

• Customer-obsessed operator with a background in management consulting, solution engineering, or enterprise SaaS—ideally within procurement or finance.
