About this role

Here at Jabra, part of GN, we're looking for a 10 months Parental Cover for a position in Enterprise Operations in HQ, Ballerup, Denmark.

Enterprise Operations is one of five teams in the Planning & Performance department responsible for driving the most efficient and effective operational processes, delivering insights, and managing performance of the Division.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our solution development, communications plan, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth operations amongst Sales & Marketing, enabling the successful launches of some of the most technologically advanced audio and video products in the market.

The Role

You'll act as the operational heartbeat between Marketing teams, the Product teams, and the Support teams, ensuring structure, clarity, and alignment across launches, governance forums, and cross-functional planning. With your finger on the pulse within all the teams, you'll need to be able to see the red thread, connect the missing dots, and read between the lines—all to ensure smooth execution, predictable rhythms, and well‑coordinated deliverables across the Enterprise division.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

  • Facilitate launch governance within the Division & Cross-functional readiness in close collaboration with our Launch Director

  • Create and maintain launch governance tools within the Marketing area: workflows, process decks, readiness trackers, templates.

  • Coordinate stakeholders across different teams, different continents, and different cultures

  • Ensure clarity on timeline and dependencies between functions

  • Track day-to-day operational activities around product launches and campaigns from a marketing side, ensuring launches are operationally aligned and on time

  • Cross-functional communication & stakeholder alignment

  • Act as a connector across teams by summarizing discussions, translating complex updates into structured inputs, and ensuring everyone stays aligned.

  • Gather input ahead of forums and distribute clear expectations, templates, and timeline.

  • Keep track of actions from recurring reviews and follow up on these with relevant stakeholders.

What we’re looking for – A creative problem-solver with an organized mind

Well-acquainted with the world of Marketing, you are innovative and imaginative by nature. You are comfortable managing stakeholders from other disciplines and working with agile work processes while also looking at ways to improve them. We imagine that building trust and positive relationships with many different stakeholders is something that comes naturally to you.

Other attributes and experiences that will help you thrive in the role:

  • A skilled and straightforward communicator who effectively addresses decision makers

  • Showcase adept project management skills that support the management of numerous projects at the same time

  • Have effective communication and relationship-management skills to earn trust and confidence with cross-functional and executive stakeholders

  • Have a high degree of initiative, integrity, accountability, self-motivation, and resourcefulness.

  • A preference for being proactive rather than reactive.

  • Well-organized, resourceful, and effective in handling unforeseen circumstances

  • Comfortable hosting meetings and speaking in larger forums, both online and in person

  • As a MS centric platform organisation, experience with MS programmes (Office, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics, CoPilot).

  • Have 2-5 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing

  • Have a relevant bachelor’s degree.

  • Fluent in English

We pride ourselves in being a cross-functional team with many stakeholders forming meaningful partnerships across the company.  The team culture is friendly, open, and transparent.
