JOB SUMMARY
Jabil Ukraine запрошує до команди відповідального та організованого Facilities Service Specialist, який(а) забезпечуватиме безперебійну роботу офісної та виробничої інфраструктури, ефективно координуватиме сервісні процеси та взаємодіятиме з внутрішніми командами й підрядниками.
Ключові завдання
- Внесення інформації та виготовлення пропусків для працівників у чинних корпоративних системах.
- Надання доступів для працівників.
- Внесення даних до системи їдальні, зарахування коштів на бейджі тощо.
- Підтримка в робочому стані мережевої інфраструктури підприємства (мережі, сервери, комутатори).
- Забезпечення безперебійної роботи систем відеоспостереження та контролю доступу.
- Використання інструментів для моніторингу витрат підрозділу та аналізу витрат у межах договірних зобов’язань.
- Допомога в підготовці прогнозів витрат департаменту.
- Участь у порівнянні прогнозних показників з метою оцінки та аналізу тенденцій.
- Підтримка, оновлення та розвиток документації в межах зони відповідальності.
- Виконання інших завдань і обов’язків відповідно до доручень керівництва.
Необхідні знання та навички
Аналітичне мислення: здатність виявляти проблеми, збирати та аналізувати дані, робити обґрунтовані висновки та пропонувати ефективні рішення.
Базові знання програмування або розуміння принципів роботи IT‑систем.
Технічні навички, зокрема виконання базового ремонту та обслуговування обладнання в межах зони відповідальності.
Висока увага до деталей, відповідальність та системний підхід до виконання завдань.
Сильні комунікативні навички, клієнтоорієнтованість, вміння ефективно взаємодіяти з внутрішніми командами та зовнішніми підрядниками.
Здатність працювати як у команді, так і самостійно, з дотриманням дедлайнів і пріоритетів.
Впевнене володіння офісними програмами: MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
Англійська мова — рівень не нижче Intermediate,
робоча усна та письмова комунікація з внутрішніми та зовнішніми партнерами.
