REQUIREMENTS
-MUST HAVE Class A CDL
-MUST HAVE obtained Class A within the past 12 months
-MUST NOT have more than 3 months exp with any other carrier
-no SAP drivers
-must live within 90 miles of Birmingham
TRAINING/JOB DETAILS
-orientation in Springdale, AR with transportation and hotel provided
-$100 stipend given for food
*Mentor Training-
-minimum of 10 days
-paid $75/day
-after completion, routed back to AR to complete testing, then upgraded to a solo driving position
-OTR solo position, runs all 48 states - out 10-14 days
PAY & BENEFITS
-pay upon completion of training starts at 0.35cpm, then increases to 0.45cpm upon completion of 3 months safe solo driving
-raise at year 1 (0.50cpm)
-layover pay : $100/day
-breakdown pay: $40 after 24 hours
-dry van trailers
-2500+ miles per week
-vacation time after 1 year
-passenger policy, but no pets
-paid holidays off ($100 each)
-full benefits, W2

What you'll do
- The role involves completing mentor training for a minimum of 10 days and then transitioning to a solo driving position. The driver will operate over-the-road (OTR) across all 48 states.
