The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll, JDE, and Excel. The role involves scheduling associates, managing projects, and supporting efficiency improvements.</p> <h2>&nbsp;</h2> <h2>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Payroll Management:</strong></li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Process and manage payroll for production staff.</li> <li>Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Work Instructions:</strong></li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Prepare detailed work instructions to ensure compliance with production standards.</li> <li>Provide clear communication and training on work instructions to associates.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>JDE Experience:</strong></li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Utilize JDE software for production and inventory management.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records and generate necessary reports.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Excel Proficiency:</strong></li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Create and manage spreadsheets for tracking production data.</li> <li>Analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Scheduling Associates:</strong></li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate and schedule production staff to meet operational needs.</li> <li>Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet production targets.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Project Management:</strong></li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Manage projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing rework, and enhancing labeling processes.</li> <li>Track progress and report on project outcomes.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>General Support:</strong></li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Provide backup support for labeling and other production tasks as needed.</li> <li>Assist with other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.</li> </ul> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>COMPETENCIES: </strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, <strong>Production Clerk, </strong>must be self-motivated, able to problem solve, detail-oriented, and able to stay on task.
