About this role
Kent is expanding its Installation Services team and is looking to add an Exterior Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our growing exterior installation business. This role is similar in scope to our Kitchen SME but focused on exterior products and services, playing a critical role in driving sales performance, service consistency, and exceptional customer experience.
The Exterior SME will act as the go‑to expert across the organization, supporting stores, vendors, and installation teams by centralizing product knowledge, standardizing best practices, and supporting onboarding and training initiatives. This role is highly collaborative and field‑focused, with significant travel to stores and customer sites.
