As an Implementation Specialist, you will support mid-size districts to ensure a successful IXL implementation. You’ll serve as a reliable partner and IXL expert, sharing practical strategies for using IXL to advance their district initiatives, delivering high-quality professional development, leading data reviews, and supporting strategic planning. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator and engaging presenter with experience in instructional coaching or school leadership, and is excited to travel to support districts in Pennsylvania.<span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> #LI-PHILADELPHIA</span></p> <p><strong>This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.</strong></p> <h4>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING</h4> <ul> <li>Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation&nbsp;</li> <li>Travel regionally to support assigned districts, including facilitating in-person professional development and conducting quarterly visits —up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year</li> <li>Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL</li> <li>Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps</li> <li>Partner with the Sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships, including supporting districts piloting IXL and other pre-sales opportunities</li> </ul> <h4>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</h4> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree</li> <li>5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting; instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech PD experience strongly preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>2+ years of experience providing professional development</li> <li>Experience supporting district implementations strongly preferred</li> <li>Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills—dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude</li> <li>Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish</li> <li>Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology</li> <li>Strategic thinker and problem-solver</li> <li>Must live close to a major airport</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h4>ABOUT IXL LEARNING</h4> <p>IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
