If you're passionate about making a difference in healthcare and thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment, we invite you to bring your skills to IVX Health and help shape the future of patient care.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the Chief Compliance Officer and contribute to the Compliance and Ethics Program initiatives.</li> <li>Serve as a proficient system administrator for outsourced compliance-related systems, including medical board licensing, policy management, and providers’ OIG verifications.</li> <li>Manage the filing and tracking of regulatory applications, such as CLIA waivers and professional medical and nursing board licenses.</li> <li>Coordinate the Quality Performance Improvement Committee, preparing quarterly reports and facilitating meetings.</li> <li>Assist in developing the quarterly compliance report for the Board of Directors’ Compliance Committee.</li> <li>Communicate with and aid Physician Practice Owners in meeting state licensing requirements, including the tracking and filing of CME credits.</li> <li>Administer the policy management system and provide support to users to ensure compliance with system requirements.</li> <li>Oversee the verification of prescribing providers’ OIG statuses through vendors and investigate resulting reports.</li> <li>Manage any automated functionalities implemented by the department and contribute to the development of audit-related functions.</li> </ul> <span id="jobDescription" class="fbText"></span></div> </div> <div id="jobQualifications-row" class="row formRowStandard "> <div class="formLine"> <p><strong>REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Profiency with standard office software applications (Outlook, Microsoft Office).</li> <li>Desire to work on a small, influential team and collaborate effectively across functional departments.</li> <li>Strong ability to access and input information into online accounts and systems.</li> <li>Demonstrated capability to coordinate efforts within a team-oriented environment.</li> <li>Customer service orientation with a focus on meeting stakeholder needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or relevant years of experience.</li> <li>1 - 3+ years of experience in compliance-related work, preferably within healthcare or a related field.</li> </ul> <span id="jobQualifications" class="fbText"></span></div> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>About IVX Health</strong></p> <p>IVX Health is a national provider of infusion and injection therapy for individuals managing chronic conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Crohn's Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis.
