About the postion
We're looking for a brilliant, hardworking, and super-motivated developer to join our R&D team. This is an excellent opportunity to directly impact feature decisions and our product's future. By joining us, you will be a part of a dynamic and creative team and work in a friendly start-up environment.
- End-to-end development of features and systems used daily by key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Evolve our engineering and architecture to support the ever-growing scale of users, features, and data.
- Work closely with Product & Design, while having full ownership of features from, planning and technical design to post-deployment
- Deliver testable, maintainable, and high-quality code
- Our Stack - python,React.JS, , Node.js,, MongoDB, Neo4j, Kafka, Elastic Search,, AWS, K8S
- Implement solutions to complex problems in large amounts of data and scale.

Requirements
- 5+years of professional software development experience
- BSc. in CS, engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years of programming experience in Python
- Experience with elastic search/ MongoDB /Kafka- an advantage
- Experience with Java- an advantage
- Experience with NLP- an advantage
- Experience in high-scale systems
- Self-learner, can-do solid attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills

What you'll do
- The developer will be responsible for the end-to-end development of features and systems used daily by stakeholders, while also evolving the engineering and architecture to support growing scale. This includes owning features from planning and technical design through to post-deployment, ensuring high-quality, testable, and maintainable code.
