These skills lend themselves to an exciting administrative opportunity at Holly House Vets, a busy veterinary hospital group in Leeds. We’re looking for a new team member to support the day to day running of the practice. Your key responsibilities involve people support such as creating rotas that focus on great work/ life balance for the team, processing leave requests and organising appropriate cover. You will also process the clinical diary with support and guidance from the leadership team.
Should you want to expand your skill set over time, we are proud to be able to offer ongoing career development within the administration team, working with a variety of operational functions. Alongside in-house training, you will receive an annual CPD allowance as part of your package, to further support development of your areas of interest.
Our ideal candidate
A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
The ability to work positively with change in a fast paced environment
Computer literate with an ability to learn new systems easily
HR administration experience and/ or experience of rota planning in a healthcare/ veterinary setting
A people driven approach with an ability to build positive relationships across multiple teams
About the rota
We are able to offer between 30 to 40 hours per week, depending on the right candidate. The rota involves working Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm however we can be flexible. There will be no weekends or OOH (group provides 24 hour service).
