About Us?
The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd was established by its founding members to provide a coordinated/integrated approach to the planning, development and delivery of comprehensive primary health care services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations within the Southeast Qld Region.
The Organisational Development Team’s primary focus is to assist IUIH meet its strategic objective of growing and developing a competent and enabled health workforce. IUIH continues to experience significant workforce growth, necessitating a focus on development, management and implementation of frameworks and programs to: increase Indigenous workforce participation, build required workforce skill sets, train existing staff to maximise opportunities for development and quality of care, build workforce pathways, and to create and nurture an innovative, inclusive, reflective and respectful environment built on Aboriginal Ways
About the Role?
This position will project manage the collaborative design, development, and contextualisation of IUIH’s Registered Training Organisation’s (RTO) training and assessment resources, ensuring that the IUIH Cultural Integrity Investment Framework (CIIF) and relevant Quality and Safety standards are embedded into all aspects of training and assessment tools.
