IU Health is seeking a Project Manager to join the Information Services (IS) Strategic Program Activation & Delivery Portfolio for the New Downtown Medical Campus Program. This position is essential for providing technology solutions for the New Downtown Hospital Campus, facilitating communication and collaboration between IS, operations planning team, construction teams, and operational end users.
The ideal candidate will have experience with large healthcare organizations and demonstrated success in large-scale projects through managing cross-functional teams. Applicants with project management, healthcare applications, or IT project management backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
This is a hybrid position - involves onsite presence weekly with some flexibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• PMP (Project Management Process) certification is required or requirement to attain within 12 months.
• Required experience with enterprise PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tools.
• Strong working skills with MS Office tools such as MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vizio etc. is required.
• Required experience with contractor and vendor management.
• Requires a demonstrated fundamental understanding of project accounting and financial management.
• Requires an understanding of the Information Management principles, IT processes, Project Management Methodologies, architecture and technologies adopted by an organization.
• Experience in solution scoping, business case development and creation of TCO models is required.
