About this role

Mon – Fri, 40 hours, no weekend rotations,Remote

This position serves as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services. Provides leadership across the division in regards to specific education, training, and management of changes related to Revenue Cycle Services requirements or regulation. Serves as a point of escalation for claim related issues and provides independent review and monitoring of aged accounts receivable and direct intervention where appropriate.

Context & Purpose of Role 

•This position will be a leader in the department and have expert level knowledge in physician billing. Ideal candidate will be primary resource for all reporting requests regarding billing processes and outcomes. Experience with all RCS reporting tools is required

Responsibilities of Role 
• Expert level knowledge in physician billing, payer rules and regulations, ability to quickly create requested billing reports, ability to work independently and efficiently.

Tools, systems, or certifications will be needed for success

• Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, RCS reporting tools such as PowerBI and Kvart reporting.

Other Requirements 
• Bachelor?s degree preferred. Requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Requires Expert Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires excellent customer service skills.
• Requires demonstrated ability to use analytical capabilities and business knowledge to understand complexities of industry and impact to business processes and methods.
• Requires strong organizational skills necessary to work on multiple complex projects/problems at one time.
