What You’ll Do:
As the Store Development Merchandiser you will:
Make a difference: Responsible for delivering high quality in store presentation through initial store set ups, refurbishing, relaying and merchandising of product within the retail hardware stores
Innovate and solve problems: Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction through interaction and execution of quality merchandising work in store, whilst working within defined plans and timelines. Continuously identifying process efficiencies
Collaborate: Ensure all follow ups are resolved, documented and communicated. Efficient utilisation of overview reports and satisfaction surveys to ensure management and sales team are regularly updated on status of retail development projects.
Continuous Improvement: Responds to internal and external enquiries & complaints in a timely manner, offer a solution or understand when and who to escalate to. Perform coverage for representatives and merchandisers at management discretion. Perform your role in compliance with ITW OH&S policies and procedures
What You'll Bring:
- Hardware or similar industry experience preferable
- Merchandise experience, would be beneficial
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Planning and organisational capabilities
- Ability to work independently
- Good level of problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Location – Brisbane based, with Territory Travel, some interstate expectations
