About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Development Representative to join our ITW Consumer division.
Reporting to the Retail Development Lead, this field-based role supports retail hardware stores across multiple locations, delivering high-quality in-store presentation through store set-ups, refurbishments, relays, and merchandising activities.
What You’ll Do
As our Retail Development Representative, you will:
- Make a difference: Deliver high-quality in-store execution that enhances brand presence and customer experience across the retail network.
- Execute with excellence: Complete store set-ups, relays, refurbishments, and merchandising activities within agreed plans and timelines.
- Build strong relationships: Partner closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement: Identify process efficiencies and on-site opportunities to support sales growth and improve retail execution.
- Own the detail: Manage follow-ups, documentation, reporting, and feedback to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track.
What You’ll Bring
- Merchandising or retail execution experience, ideally within hardware or a similar industry
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a service-focused mindset
- A high level of attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and time management
- A commitment to working safely and ethically, in line with ITW policies and procedures
