ITegrity, Inc has an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service/Help Desk Representative. The position will be supporting a federal customer, providing help to federal employees navigating propriety government software. All training will be provided on the job.
The requirements of the position:
This position will be helping federal employees use propriety government software for things such as travel, expense reports, budgeting, etc. Inquiries will be logged in to a ticketing system and must be completed in accordance with requirements. The software and procedures will be taught on the job. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, problem solving, and troubleshooting experience.
